Crime Prevention Plan
The plan outlines actions to reduce stealing related crimes in three key hotspots, including West Ryde, Ryde and most significantly, areas within Macquarie Park.
Graffiti Management
Over the past year the City of Ryde has removed over 2,500 graffiti hits from private and Council-owned properties. We have a commitment to remove graffiti within three working days of it being reported.
Alcohol Free Zones
These zones aim to deter alcohol related crime and under-age drinking in target areas.
Improvements to Glen Reserve
Council is taking extra steps to ensure public safety in and around the Glen Street Reserve in Eastwood following consultation with the community.

The Crime Prevention Advisory Committee provides advice to Council on all matters relating to crime in the City of Ryde.
