A development engineer is now available at the Ryde Planning and Business Centre to answer your queries on engineering-related development matters.

In particular, the duty development engineer can assist you with enquiries about:

• stormwater and drainage matters that relate to your development application 
• development applications for properties that are flood affected

The development engineer is available to consult at the Ryde Planning and Business Centre on Wednesday and Friday mornings between 9am and 1pm.

You can consult the development engineer outside of these hours too, but you are encouraged to make an appointment to ensure that the engineer is available.
