The following Development Applications and Complying Development Applications were determined in the period 16/05/2013 to 23/05/2013.

Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 101 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act, 1979 of the determination of the following Development Applications. These consents / refusals are available for public inspection without charge at the

  • Ryde Planning and Business Centre, 1 Pope Street Ryde (within the Top Ryde Shopping Centre)
  • between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday (Note: on the second Thursday of each month the hours will be 10am to 5pm).
