The Development Control Plan (DCP) 2010 provides guidelines, objectives and controls for people who wish to carry out development in the City of Ryde.

The DCP is to be read in conjunction with the Ryde Local Environmental Plan 2010 and any relevant State and Regional Environmental Planning policies.

Council adopted the City of Ryde Development Control Plan 2010 on 16 June 2009 and the Plan came into effect on 30 June 2010.
