In accordance with the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 or a council resolution, Council is required to place draft planning controls or amendments to planning controls on exhibition and to ensure the community is consulted. The community is able to make a submission during the period of the exhibition as advertised. Submissions must be in writing.
