Council provides collection of the following electronic waste items for recycling:

• televisions
• computers
• stereos
• computer peripherals including:
  • keyboards
  • mouses
  • power cords
  • joy sticks
  • scanners
  • printers

The service is a free domestic recycling service limited to households in the City of Ryde area.

How to Book a Collection

• Call Council's Customer Service on 9952 8222.
• Pick-up service only offered on the same day as your regular bin collection.
• Bookings must be made by 3pm the day before your regular day of service and cannot be made more than a week in advance.
• There is a limit of three of each type of item that can be collected at any one time (ie a maximum of 3 tvs, 3 computers, 3 stereos etc)
• items must be placed out the night before collection only.
