Social Inclusion Week Celebration - One Thousand Wishes Project

As part of the 2016 Social Inclusion Week celebrations the City of Ryde partnered with Ability Links and Artisans Ryde to promote social inclusion through the One Thousand Wishes project. This project aims to raise awareness and promote Social Inclusion, embrace and celebrate diversity within the City of Ryde by creating 1000 origami horses containing a personal wish that will be combined to form an artwork.

The final artwork will be created by Artisans Ryde, and will be unveiled in a celebratory event on 23 November 2016. Join us at the West Ryde Community Hall at 10.30am to enjoy some morning tea, and celebrate Social Inclusion Week with the City of Ryde community.
