Lap lanes are available throughout the Aquatic Centre's operational hours in both the Competition Pool and the Leisure Pool.

You are advised to pick up a copy of the Public Lap Swimming flyer from the service desk to see when the best times are to swim or print out the schedules below.

When swimming laps, please try to swim in the lane that is appropriate to your speed, whether it is the breaststroke lane or the fast lane.
