Development Control Plans (DCP)

A Development Control Plan is a document that sets standards or requirements for particular types of development. The Development Control Plan contains more detailed development controls than the Ryde Planning Scheme Ordinance (PDF 564KB).

Council adopted City of Ryde Development Control Plan 2006 (DCP 2006) on 4 July 2006 and the Plan came into effect on 26 July 2006.
