The most important planning control document for the City of the Ryde, is the Ryde Planning Scheme. All other controls are subordinate to the Planning Scheme.
The Planning Scheme is a Local Environmental Plan that applies to the all of the City of Ryde. It is amended or changed from time to time by other Local Environmental Plans.
