Contain the resolutions of Committee and Council Meetings.
Resolutions
Decisions of the Committees or Council which can be acted upon immediately. Please note that resolutions are highlighted in blue for easy reference. If a Committee makes a recommendation on a particular item it is referred to the next Council meeting for determination. Reference will need to be made to the Minutes of that Council meeting to confirm the adopted resolution.

Motion for Rescission
It is also very important to note that any resolution, whether it be resulting from a Commitee or Council Meeting, is capable of being RESCINDED.
A resolution may be rescinded by Council at any time (subject to the nature of the resolution and matter, and the degree to which it as been acted upon) as a result of Council passing a Notice of Motion to that effect.
Once again, the passing of such a Notice of Motion for Rescission is subject to certain rules.
