E-Tendering

The City Of Ryde has a new tendering online service.  It is faster, more convenient, and is designed to save you both time and money. The new E-Tendering service allows you to:

  • Register your details and establish profiles to automatically receive the following information on Requests for Tender (RFT), Expressions of Interest (EOI) and
    Requests for Quotation (RFQ)     as they become available.

You will also be able to:

  • View tenders online and/or receive them via email notification. 
  • Download tender documentation directly from the website. 
  • Post requests for further information or seek clarification on aspects of a tender directly to the website and receive replies back via email notification. 
  • Receive addendums and other information issued on current tenders. 
  • Respond to tenders via the Electronic Tender Box (however, you can still lodge tenders in person or by mail if you prefer).  

Note:  Hard copy documents will still be available but Council encourages the use of this sustainable alternative.

   Access e-tendering on www.tenderlink.com/ryde.


Register for E-Tendering

  1. Go to www.tenderlink.com/ryde.
  2. Select the registration tab
  3. Enter your email address to create your unique supplier profile.

Once complete, you will receive a confirmation of your registration. Use these details to log on and select the industry categories relevant to your business. This will further refine the types of notifications sent to you as it is important that you receive only the notifications of direct interest to you.

Using E-Tendering

To view current open tenders:

  1. Go to www.tenderlink.com/ryde.
