The City of Ryde invites tenders from suitably qualified contractors who have proven experience in the construction and redevelopment of public toilet facilities.
The project involves the provision of new public toilet facilities at:
- Morrison Bay Park (redevelop existing toilet facility);
- Bill Mitchell Park (demolish existing and build new toilet facility); and
- Anderson Park (new toilet facility).
There is a compulsory pre-tender briefing and site meeting on Tuesday 10 November 2009 at Morrison Bay Park, Frances Road, Putney at 9.00AM. Tenderers need to confirm their attendance with the project manager by 9 November 2009.
Interested parties are required to register via the new E-tendering Portal www.tenderlink.com/ryde to download documents (free of charge). If you experience difficulties accessing the above website please call Tenderlink helpdesk on 1800 233 533.
