The Independent Assessment Team which has been assessing the application has submitted its Planning Assessment Report to Council.
| The Planning Assessment Report | The next step is the review of the Planning Assessment Report by the Independent Hearing and Assessment Panel (IHAP). The role of the IHAP is to provide expert advice to Council as the Consent Authority on the veracity of the assessment process and the Planning Assessment Report. This includes an opportunity for members of the community to make a presentation of their views to the Panel.

| The meeting of the Independent Hearing and Assessment Panel (IHAP) | The meeting is open to all members of the community. Anyone can make a verbal presentation to the IHAP.
Speakers will be generally allocated five minutes to speak with extensions of time at the discretion of the Chairperson. Please let the Council know, if you wish to speak, so that your name can be included on the list of speakers.
