Plans that have been on exhibition:
On 16 June 2009, Council resolved to adopt with amendment the following Draft Development Control Plans (DCPs):
- Ryde Development Control Plan 2008
- Ryde Development Control Plan: Gladesville Town Centre and Victoria Road Corridor.
Ryde Development Control Plan 2008 is to come into effect upon the gazettal of Ryde Local Environmental Plan (LEP) 2008.
Ryde Development Control Plan: Gladesville Town Centre and Victoria Road Corridor is to come into effect upon the gazettal of Ryde Local Environment Plan (LEP) 2008 - Gladesville Town Centre and Victoria Road Corridor.
