Ryde’s State Of The Environment Report 2007/2008
The Northern Sydney Regional Organisation of Councils (NSROC) representing Hornsby Shire, Hunter’s Hill, Ku-ring-gai, North Sydney, Lane Cove, City of Ryde, and Willoughby City Councils has produced a Regional State of the Environment Report (RSoER) for 2007/2008.
The City Of Ryde was integrally involved in the process and this year has also produced a summary newsletter which outlines specific City of Ryde achievements, showing how we are working towards and planning for sustainability across all its management strategies and operations.
Both the RSoER 2007/08 and City Of Ryde State of the Environment newsletter 2007/08 should be read in conjunction with one another and with previous SoERs to serve as building blocks for the next comprehensive report due in a few years.
Feedback
The City Of Ryde is interested in receiving comments or suggestions from its local community on the way it has been reporting on the State of the Environment and on ways it can improve the level and type of reporting in future years. Particular comments on this year’s City of Ryde SoER 2006/07 will be most welcome.
A suggestion/comments online form has been included below for any comments you may wish to make.
