'Eat out in Ryde' Trial Program

In accordance with Section 610E of the Local Government Act 1993 notice is hereby given of Council's intention to implement a one off fee relief incentive categorey for cafe/restaurant operator who participate in the 'Eat Out in Ryde' program. The trial program will operate over two years and is designed to encourage cafe/restaurant operators, not currently conducting outdoor dining activities on public footways and plazas, to embrace alfresco dining to create vibrant and active street dining precincts throughout the City of Ryde. The one off fee relief incentive will be offered to approved cafe/restaurant operators as follows:

12 Month Approval Period

Operating Hours   Discount Equivalent of the 2015/16 annual adopted fees
 7.00am to 4.30pm  4 months
 5.00pm to Midnight  5 months 
 7.00am to Midnight  6 months 

24 Month Approval Period

Operating Hours   Discount Equivalent of the 2015/16 annual adopted fees
 7.00am to 4.30pm  6 months
 5.00pm to Midnight  7 months 
 7.00am to Midnight  8 months 

Annual fees subject to adjustment July 2016
