Stage 3 | Glades Bay Park Gladesville

Glades Bay Park is a significant parcel of bushland with a dense gully forest of ferns and sandstone outcrops, containing numerous aboriginal artefacts within the area. 

The design incorporates on the views towards the south and the upgrade of the single path reduces the impact that the previous multiple path networks have had on local vegetation and archaeological artefacts present in the area. 

Works included: 

  • formalisation of existing pathways and upgrade of existing bridges with fibreglass mesh surface 
  • formalisation of existing pathways with 1.5m wide fibreglass mesh boardwalk 
  • upgrade of existing stairs 
  • landscape works
