Property:  15 Warrawong Street, Eastwood
Local Development Application No. LDA2017/0281
Applicant: Peter Hall Architects
Description: New multi dwelling housing development comprising 3x dwellings - 1 x 2 storey, 4 bedroom dwelling at the front and 2 x single storey, 3 bedroom dwellings at the rear and strata subdivision.
Submissions regarding the above application must be lodged no later than 30 August 2017.

 

INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENT 

Property:  48 Clayton Street & 14 Ratcliffe Street, Ryde
Local Development Application No. LDA2017/0261 
Applicant: Just Property & Planning
Description: Boundary adjustment between 48 Clayton Street & 14 Ratcliffe Street, and two lot Torrens Title subdivision of dual occupancy at 48 Clayton Street. 
Submissions regarding the above application must be lodged no later than 6 September 2017.

 

 

The above applications are not ‘designated development’ under the terms of the Environmental Planning & Assessment Act, and the City of Ryde is the authority responsible for the determination of the applications.

Making Submissions

Anyone may make submissions concerning these applications. Submissions are required to be in writing, and should the submission be by way of objection to the proposal, the submission should specify the grounds of objection. All correspondence should be addressed to the General Manager and can be sent by:

Council has resolved that all submissions received in relation to rezoning and development applications will be publicly accessible on request.

The supply of personal information is voluntary. However if you choose to make an anonymous submission it may be given less weight (or no weight) in the overall consideration of the application.
