Planning Proposal - 144 Wicks Road, Macquarie Park

Masters Home Improvements has lodged a planning proposal with Council for 144 Wicks Road, Macquarie Park which seeks to include additional land uses on the property. A planning proposal is an application to make changes to the existing planning controls that apply to a subject site. The City of Ryde’s principal planning control is the Ryde Local Environment Plan which is proposed to be amended by this application.

Masters planning proposal seeks to allow the B7 Business Park part of the site fronting Epping Road to be used for ‘hardware and building supplies’ and ‘garden centre’. If approved, this will allow for the future redevelopment of the site to provide for a Masters. The planning proposal and other information was on exhibition from Wednesday 17 September to Friday 17 October 2014.
