The intention of the changes to the planning controls is to facilitate a mixed use development comprising residential and commercial uses amalgamated across the two properties combined.

The amendments to Ryde DCP 2014 comprising the amended version of Part 4.6 Gladesville and Victoria Road Corridor will come into effect upon the notification of associated changes to Ryde Local Environmental Plan (LEP) 2014 known as Amendment No. 6. A copy of the amended Part 4.6 Gladesville and Victoria Road Corridor under DCP 2014 will be available on the public website once Amendment 6 to the LEP is notified.
