Local Environment Plan (LEP) Amendment made

On  22 April 2016 the Department of Planning and Environment made amendments to Ryde Local Environmental Plan 2014. Additional land uses are now permitted on the site including marinas, residential flat buildings, business premises and food and drink premises. A maximum number of 70 dwellings are permitted on the site.
