In accordance with the provisions of the Local Government Act (1993) notice is hereby given of Council’s intention to adjust fees for the stallholder trading hours of a Category 1 event and for Council-funded amusement rides. These are adjusted fees and are set in line with Council’s user Fees and Contributions Policy.
