Proposed Classification of Land - 9/6 Mooltan Avenue, Macquarie Park

Consultation closed on 11 August 2017

City of Ryde is to acquire the land known as 9/6 Mooltan Avenue, Macquarie Park (previously known as 110 - 114 Herring Road, Macquarie Park) being Lot 8 in SP 91339, pursuant to the provisions Ryde Local Environmental Plan 2014 for the purpose of an affordable housing unit.

Pursuant to Section 34 of the Local Government Act 1993, Council proposes to make the following resolution with respect to the Land:

(a)      That pursuant to Section 31 (2) the land known as 9/6 Mooltan Avenue Macquarie Park (previously known as 110 – 114 Herring Road Macquarie Park) being Lot 8 in SP 91339  be classified as operational land.
