Welcome to the City of Ryde is a new, 64 page full-colour booklet outlining Council community services and facilities, places of interest and key contacts.
This practical guide to the local area, coupled with a new fold-out map, answers the most frequently asked questions raised by new residents and visitors and forms the nucleus of the New Residents’ Welcome Kit.
Launched as part of the recent Australia Day Citizenship Ceremony, where it was received enthusiastically, the Mayor, Clr Vic Tagg said: “Not only is this guide an indispensable tool for new residents it shows the extent of Council’s services and facilities and demonstrates how efficiently ratepayers’ money is spent.”
