WHAT'S ON?..... Online Form

   


The What’s On is produced to promote the many activities held within the City of Ryde.

  If your organisation has a one-off community event they wish to have considered for inclusion, please read the following
  guidelines and complete the online form below.

  A COMMUNITY EVENT is defined as a happening that brings people together to celebrate, raise funds and to enjoy.
  It must be held within the City of Ryde and hosted by a community organisation.
  The event must be made available to the community in general, not just members of clubs etc.

  PLEASE NOTE:

  • Activities such as weekly club meetings will not be included and the City of Ryde has the right to determine which events will be listed.
  • Only community organisations and schools within the City of Ryde may apply.
    All events must take place within the City of Ryde boundaries.
  • The contact person’s name and telephone number will be published to allow the reader to gain further information.
  • The contact person must be the person who submits the application form.

  Only some of the above details will be printed depending on space available in the WHAT'S ON.
  The minimum to be printed will be the date of the event, title of the event and contact details.

   Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act, 1998
   In completing this form you will be prompted to supply information that is personal information for the purposes of the Privacy
   and Personal Information Protection Act 1998. The supply of this information is voluntary.
   If you cannot provide, or do not wish to provide the information sought, the Council may be unable to process your request. 
   Council is required under the Act to inform you about how your personal information is being collected and used.
