This report seeks endorsement of the Final Draft of the “Eastwood Town Centre – Transport Management and Access Plan” so that the report can be publicly exhibited for community comment.
RYDE AQUATIC LEISURE CENTRE PARKING DEMAND STUDY
The Ryde Aquatic Leisure Centre (RALC) and its environs have been experiencing traffic and parking issues over the recent years. This has also been subject to on-going discussions and meetings between Council and residents groups to develop an appropriate scheme for the area. As result of this, City of Ryde has undertaken a study to review its traffic and parking strategies particularly within the area surrounding the RALC.

MACQUARIE PARK CORRIDOR PARKING DEMAND STUDY
The City of Ryde has currently undertaken a Parking Demand Study for Macquarie Park Corridor. The study has been initiated in response to community’s concerns about parking issues in these areas. The study aims to identify the current parking patterns and provide appropriate solutions within each of the study areas.
This study also envisages to develop parking management strategies with respect to future population growth and public transport facilities for the area.
Final Report - Macquarie Park Corridor Traffic Study
The aim of this Traffic Study is to develop a traffic management plan, which will meet the desires of the majority of local residents and stakeholders.
