Council operates several vacation care centres that provide high quality care for children aged 5 -12 years who attend primary school. The vacation care centres run school holiday activities which offer children a fun learning environment and is a great way for children to meet new friends.

Enrolment closes on Friday 3 July 2009. Late enrolments will incur a $34 fee.

Cost
$34.00 per day + Excursion Fees.
All in-centre activities are included in the daily fee of $34.00. Excursions are optional and are charged in addition to the daily care fee. Child care benefit is available. Please call 136 150 to register.
Outside School Care Accreditation
The National Childcare Accreditation Council (NCAC) has determined that the City of Ryde Vacation Care is Accredited in accordance with Outside School Hours Care Quality Assurance (OSHCQA). This is the result of submitting a detailed self study report in August 2005, a validation visit in January 2006 and feedback provided from parents, children and staff.

Allergies, Asthma and other conditions
You need to inform staff if your child:

Suffers from mild to moderate allergies

Suffers from severe allergies (anaphylaxis)

Suffers from specific food allergies eg. nuts or eggs

Please Note: Parents should check their child's lunch to ensure no ingredients contain traces of nuts.
