The newly built Shepherd’s Bay community centre located in Meadowbank is open for community use.
With a central location and beautiful surrounds, this community facility has capacity for a number of uses.
The City of Ryde is calling for groups, individuals and businesses to utilise this new community centre from
February – June 2007.
If you are interested in utilising this facility it is important that you read all parts of this Information Package
prior to lodging your Notification of Interest Form.
Please note: NO alcohol is permitted at the Shepherds Bay facility.

Location Shepherd’s Bay community centre is located at
3a Bay Drive, Meadowbank, on the shores of
the Parramatta River and opposite picturesque Helene
Park.
Located close to public buses, Meadowbank Ferry Wharf and a short walk from Meadowbank Train Station, this new facility is easily accessible.
There is also on street parking in surrounding streets.

| The centre has capacity for 120 people. |
