Webinars
Mondays with Soraya
Migrate Success offers holistic ‘Step up to Your Success’ workshops which are focused on getting migrant professionals access to skills which are critical to securing jobs for which they are qualified. The four consecutive online workshops are provided through ‘Mondays with Soraya’.
The workshops are for two hours each with online ‘breakout rooms’ providing an opportunity for attendees to interact with others. Participants will also be able to complete assignments and submit them to the facilitator for assessment online.
All workshops are from 6.00 - 8.00pm.
What are the key aims of the workshops?
- To help our local migrants integrate into the Australian lifestyle.
- To help local migrants with tools and skills to support their job seeking journey.
- To provide networking opportunities to broaden and deepen their local connections.
- To present volunteering opportunities to local migrants.

Webinars by the Australian Tax Office (ATO)
ATO are running free webinars - 12 public sessions every day, focusing on topics that are essential to businesses struggling due to COVID-19. Topics include but are not limited to introduction to tax basics, tax Support for Small Business (covers the stimulus measures), myGovID and RAM (needed to access ATO online services), home-based business, activity statement essentials, budgeting for your commitments, cash flow for small business success. Macquarie Park Founders' Program
The Macquarie Park Founders’ Program is a 7-week guided program. This program will equip you with essential entrepreneurial skills to launch a globally scalable business.
You’ll also become part of a cohort of fellow entrepreneurs and be given the opportunity to link into the local startup community, providing you with the connections to help you on your entrepreneurial journey. This program is delivered 100% online will connect you with the Macquarie University Incubator where you can have the opportunity to submit an application for residency in January or February 2022.

Business Opportunity Accelerator Program
In association with Macquarie University, we’re running the Business Opportunity Accelerator (BOA) program for businesses in the City of Ryde.
Successful applicants to the program will be provided with a small student team from Macquarie University who will research post COVID-19 growth opportunities for your organisation and produce a tailored report with their findings and recommendations.
Spaces for the pilot program are limited, but a waiting list will be assembled and applicants contacted for any future run of the program.
