Customers can report concerns such as:
- Dirty or unhygienic food premises
- Unsafe or unhygienic food handling practices
- Foreign matter in food
- Food safety issues such as food that is past its use-by-date or deteriorated
- Labelling related concerns
- Food borne illnesses.
