Payment and Bond

• Hall hire costs must be paid according to the City of Ryde Fees and Charges. 
• Subsidised rates require supporting documentation as per City of Ryde Community Halls & Meeting Rooms Hire Policy(PDF, 225KB). Community rates only apply to eligible organisations or groups. For further information regarding pricing contact venuehire@ryde.nsw.gov.au.
• Payment of bond is required to secure the booking. Your booking is not secure until the bond is paid.
• Original copies of the Application and Conditions for Venue Hire Form(PDF, 66KB)  must be returned with the bond payment.
• Bond is refundable after the event if the venue is left in a clean and tidy condition and all rubbish is removed from the premises.
• The premises must be vacated at the designated time otherwise you will be charged accordingly.

Set Up and Clean Up

• Set-up time must be included in the hours you hire the hall.

Insurance

• The hirer must provide a Certificate of Currency for $20 million Public Liability Insurance. This is required for all hirers other than for private functions.
