Provides advice regarding priorities for the development and implementation of strategic programs and policies to promote the update of renewable energy technologies, services and other resilient energy efficient initiatives
Provides advice on matters affecting young people in the community and to advocate the needs of young people, providing a mechanism for their participation and involvement in decision making community issues
