Arts Activation Ryde - Canvas Dream Catcher

In the May session we will learn design techniques and blending techniques to create a dream catcher on canvas.

This session will be free and materials will be provided.

Feel free to bring and share any of the following

  • Acrylic paints.
  • Water proof texters.
  • Paint brushes.
  • Old towels for drying your brush.

Note: Bring a container to take your artwork home in as it may not dry in the session.

Aprons are recommended.

Please come along with a big smile, a coffee mug (we are moving away from disposable cups) and a Plate of Lunch to share with your fellow creatives.

Please arrive by 10 am so we all get the most out of each session.

Arts Activation Ryde (AAR) is a City of Ryde (CoR) community and cultural arts project run in partnership with Artisans Ryde Inc.

AAR workshops occur on the 4th Wednesday of each month (excluding December and January) and are designed to bring culturally diverse people together to share their traditional and contemporary arts practice in a supportive and friendly environment. Please note that workshops are for adults only.

You get to try your hand with a new, creative activity each month.

If you wish to know what happens to the personal information collected by Council when you register for one of our events, workshops or programs, please visit our Privacy Statement page on this website for details.
