Bicycle Repair and Maintenance Cafe

Come along and learn the basics of bicycle repairing and maintenance from the experts.  They will explain the process of bicycle repairs, maintenance and will demonstrate how easily you can return your bike to good working order.

Time: 10 am - 12 noon (arrive 9.45 am)

Notes:

  • If you have a bicycle requiring repair or maintenance, please bring it with you for repair activity.
  • Morning tea provided. BYO reusable coffee cup and/or water bottle.
  • BYO notepad and pen to take notes.
  • Clothing must be suitable physical activity and manual handling.
  • BYO hat and sunscreen.
  • Footwear must be enclosed, non-slip sole and suitable for physical activity. NO thongs, sandals or open toed shoes.
  • Participants who are City of Ryde residents will be provided with a 50% discount voucher to purchase a compost bin or worm farm after attending this workshop.

Cost: FREE. This is provided as no cost by the City of Ryde.

Booking: Advanced bookings essential. Book early as places are strictly limited and we anticipate this session will reach full capacity.
