Cheese Making Workshop

Cheese is one of the world’s most popular and versatile foods and the simplest to make at home. This workshop will help you to transform milk into some of the most delicious soft cheeses of the world. It will enable you to learn and value traditional cheese making skills; reduce waste, food miles and cost and produce an impressive display of fresh homemade cheeses.

Reduce your household waste, get upskilled!

Who: This workshop is suitable for adults who live in the City of Ryde local government area. Participants will be engaged to learn new skills that will allow them to actively reduce consumption, food waste and plastics in their households.

Equipment: Please bring your own note pad and pen to take notes. To reduce our environmental impact, please bring your own cup to enjoy morning tea.

Clothing and Footwear: Footwear must be enclosed, non-slip sole and suitable for physical activity. NO thongs, sandals or open toed shoes.
