Dance Block Party and Talent Quest

Are you aged between 12 and 25 years and are waiting for the opportunity to showcase your talent in dance and or music? Why not sign up for our talent quest in the inaugural Block Party and Talent Quest and perform in-front of our guest judges from America, Canada and Australia. 

This Event includes the following Talent Quest categories:

  • 1on1 Battle Styles – Hip Hop /Breaking / Popping / Mixed style
  • Local Crew Showcases
  • MCs and Human Beat Box
  • DJ Scratching Demo
  • As well as free dance.

The Judges 
Judges include internationally renowned Choreographers and Dancers Axelle ‘Ebony’ Munezero from Canada; Street Dance pioneer Darrio ‘Manifest’ from USA and; Emmanuel ‘Eman’ Rodriguez, formerly from Justice Crew. Eman is now pursuing a solo career in the entertainment industry, as well as performing with Emmanuel Rodriguez & The Rookies.

This is a drug and alcohol free event.

The Dance Block Party is brought to you by the City of Ryde, Ryde Youth Council and Dancekool.
