CEO Restaurant Profits

Academic – MA Social Studies and Education, Business – Founder, Owner and CEO of Restaurant Profits, a specialist marketing & educational company serving the hospitality industry.

Restaurant Profits began helping restaurant owners with their businesses and specifically their marketing in 2005.  Since that time Howard has spoken to thousands of restaurant, café, hotel, bar and club owners across Australia in New Zealand, in The UK and in The Philippines. They specialise in building customer databases:  They manage over 1.3 million customer’s data for our clients and send over 6 million emails a year and in the region of 300,000 birthday cards.  Specifically using direct marketing to communicate to diners via mail, email and SMS.

In 2013, Howard published his first book, More Bums On Seats, Five Steps To A Highly Successful Restaurant which is now in the hands of over 6,000 restaurateurs. In 2016, he published his second book “Selling at the Table” which is a guide for restaurateurs who want their staff to increase the amount their guests spend.  On release this book became an Amazon best seller in 6 countries.
