Sensei Rose Smith has been teaching martial arts for over 20 years and in 2016 was nominated for Australian of the year, for her work with young people and bullying.

Rose is passionate about empowering mothers of all ages to feel safer and more confident when out and about with your children. Young mothers in particular can feel scared of falling with young babies, or knowing what to do in emergency situations with young ones. Mums & Bubs classes are an interactive class for the mum and child to learn skills to protect themselves & their young Families.

Rose also runs the highly successful “High School Jujitsu” program for teenage girls, boasting the current 15 year old world and Australian champions in kata and sparring. This all-girls program gives young women the space to develop confidence and resilience in a supportive environment.
