RU OK? DAY
This workshop has been arranged in support of R U OK? Day on Thursday 9 September 2021.
R U OK? Day is a national day of action when Australians are reminded that every day is the day to ask, “are you OK?”. It is a good time for all of us to check in on our own mental health and wellbeing. It is also a good chance to learn how to look out for the people around you who might be struggling with their mental health (and), how that may be impacting them and what support and resources are available. Find out more.
