Multicultural Community Workshop - Social Plan and Creativity Strategy

City of Ryde Council is currently developing a Social Plan and a Creativity Strategy. The purpose of these pieces of work is to improve the way Council responds to our community’s diverse social wellbeing needs as well as their artistic and creative needs. The goal is to plan for consistent, coordinated and effective services, infrastructure and programs that make sense for the whole of the community.

We want to hear your thoughts. What’s working? What’s not? And how can we improve things in the City of Ryde?

By participating in these workshops, you will be helping to shape the direction of Council’s planning for social wellbeing and culture and creativity. Your experiences are extremely valuable in helping us identify our priorities and opportunities.

Light refreshments will be provided at each workshop.

If you have any accessibility requirements, please make sure to inform us when you send your RSVP and we will ensure that we can cater for your needs.

The workshop will be presented in multiple languages including Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, Arabic and Dari. Translators will be available.

Confidentiality

Please note that your name and any identifying information you share with us will remain confidential. Your responses will be summarised along with other responses and used collectively to help guide decision-making. No names or identifying information will be used when compiling this information. The workshop will be filmed and photographed however. Please inform a member of the team if you would rather not appear on film or in a photograph and we will respect your wishes.

We look forward to seeing you.
