DIGITAL | Recycling in the Garden Workshop

In this online workshop, Toni "The Veggie Lady" Salter will show you a variety of ways to turn your unwanted household items and kitchen waste into goodies for your garden.

Topics to be covered include:

  • Making potting mixes from compost
  • Creating seedling pots from scrap paper
  • Transforming drink bottles into watering cans, garden pots and hanging gardens
  • Making plant labels, tin planters, bird baths and bird feeders from waste materials
  • Turning old pallets into vertical gardens

Participants will also be invited to share their own upcycling ideas with the group.
