Seniors Festival: Come along and Try Walking Netball

There are so many great reasons to play Walking Netball!

Walking netball encourages adults to have a more gradual introduction to physical activity by regaining necessary motor skills, helps balance, coordination, and better footwork. On top of these great benefits Walking Netball and the activity it generates results in improved strength, flexibility and circulation, along with long-term fitness and weight maintenance benefits.

It promotes a fun, inclusive and social environment and is suitable for all levels of ability.

Even if you have never played before, you will find it easy and fun to play.

Footwear: Players must wear enclosed sand shoes/ joggers. Thongs or sandals not permitted.
