Seminar - Strata Living is Community Living: It's all about the by-laws

The City of Ryde is experiencing a high growth in the construction of residential apartment buildings with an ever-increasing number of local residents now living or taking up residence in new apartment blocks, also known as strata-titled buildings.

Different rules and approaches can apply in apartment blocks and not everyone is used to high-density living.

If you are new to apartment living, or don't know what the recent strata law changes require of you, Owners Corporation Network (OCN) a consumer advocacy group and Strata Sense, a Sydney based strata management agency along with the City of Ryde have combined to deliver this consumer education seminar aimed at providing you with both knowledge and skills to optimise your strata investment and lifestyle.

This seminar is aimed at equipping you with the information you need to review current by-laws by 30 November 2017. The 1.5 hour length seminar will include a power point presentation along with questions and answers.

The seminar will be presented by Strata Manager Natalie Fitzgerald from Strata Sense, with ‘special guest’ appearances from OCN members. Advanced bookings essential as places are strictly limited.

About the Presenter: Natalie Fitzgerald

Natalie has technical knowledge and understanding of the complexities of strata management that has made her a leading expert within the industry.

With experience managing some of Sydney’s best known and complex strata buildings, Natalie is recognized for her expertise in defect management and conflict resolution. With a belief that actively growing strata communities results in better livability and increased property values. Natalie balances her strata management style to deliver adept technical advice, guidance and support.

Organised by the City of Ryde Building & Development Advisory Service Team and the Owners Corporation Network (OCN)
