Senior Eco Gardener, Kimbriki Eco House and Garden 
Peter Rutherford has been the Senior Eco Gardener at Kimbriki Eco House and Garden for more than 19 years. He has been a presenter on ABC’s popular Gardening Australia as well as appearing on various gardening and lifestyle television programs promoting the benefits of composting and worm farming

Postdoctoral Researcher, Behavioural Ecology Group, Macquarie University

Dr Lizzy Lowe's research focuses on the responses of invertebrate predators to urbanisation and she loves anything to do with spiders. She is passionate about working with local communities to create functional, biodiverse green spaces in cities. She will be presenting on ways to encourage good bugs to help control pests in your garden.

Director, Australian Research Institute of Environment and Sustainability

Louise is the Director of ARIES at Macquarie University, and a nationally registered Organisational Psychologist with 24 years of experience. She is an international consultant on behaviour change and leadership for sustainability. These days she is exploring the connection between mental health and the natural environment with the Nature for All group. Her presentation will be on the Habitat Stepping Stones program and how building habitat in our homes also improves mental health.
