Granny Smith Virtual Scavenger Hunt

Gather your team, or work solo and join in the City of Ryde’s (first ever) Virtual Scavenger Hunt! Complete fun interactive activities and get the chance to win prizes all from the comfort of your own home.

The Virtual scavenger hunt will be running on the following dates:

Scavenger Hunt 1
Monday 5 October, concludes Sunday 11 October 2020

Scavenger Hunt 2
Monday 19 October, concludes Sunday 25 October 2020

Activities include photo and video challenges where the most creative entries will be awarded bonus points, trivia questions, riddles and word challenges.

The aim of the game is to be at the top of the leader board by the end of the week to win bragging rights as the Virtual Scavenger Hunt Master and take out the top prize!

Please note: One unique player/team will be chosen as the winner. They can play the second week, however the same winner cannot win for both rounds if they have already won the first week.


Across the 2 competitions, $2,500 in prizes will be up for grabs!

Each week long competition will have the following prizes

1st place: $500 EFTPOS giftcard*
2nd place: $200 EFTPOS giftcard*
3rd place: $50 EFTPOS giftcard*

Plus each competition we will be giving away 5 x $100 vouchers for the most creative photo and video entries to spend on a Leisure & Self Improvement^ course at Macquarie Community College.

^ Gift vouchers can only be used for fee for service Leisure and Self Improvement courses (non-subsidised). 
Gift vouchers cannot be used for any accredited and/or NSW Government subsidised courses (such as Vocational Educational Training, English courses, Tech Savvy Seniors classes). 
Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of issue.

*Gift cards can be used anywhere EFTPOS is accepted in Australia or anywhere Visa is accepted worldwide and online.
