Riverside Pop-up

The Riverside Pop-up Festival has been POSTPONED. New dates of the festival to be confirmed.

Pop on down to Ryde Wharf Reserve and enjoy a cocktail, glass of wine or craft beer while taking in the smooth sounds from our caravan stage, all with a backdrop of the beautiful Parramatta River.

There will be craft activities and pony rides during the day for the kids and into the evening on Friday and Saturday night there will gas heaters and mulled wine for the adults.

There will be specially selected food trucks to satisfy both sweet and savoury tastes.

Site capacities in line with COVID 19 restrictions will apply. All attendees will be required to scan a QR code on site. Children must always be accompanied by an adult.

Looking for something fun to do with your kids, family or friends? Join in on a Paint and Sip class brought to you Prince Gallery Gladesville. They will take you through a step by step paint workshop, working at individual easels to create your very own masterpiece to take home. Don’t worry if you haven’t picked up a paintbrush before our mentors are there to guide you along the way.

Is entry free?

Entry is free.

Site capacities in line with COVID restrictions will apply.

A maximum of 1500 patrons will be allowed on site at any one given time.

All attendees will be required to QR code on site.

Children must always be accompanied by an adult.

Is this event COVID safe?

Yes, the event has been planned in line with NSW Health outdoor event restrictions

What are the COVID 19 safety measurements

All attendees and staff must not attend if they are feeling sick or have any COVID 19 symptoms outlined by NSW Health.

COVID-19 Safe cleaning practices will be undertaken frequently during the event.

Hand sanitizing stations will be available to attendees upon check-in and at the rest rooms.

All attendees including staff will be required to QR code to gain access into the event site. Children must always be accompanied by an adult.

City of Ryde will be checking daily updates and safety measures requested by NSW Health Department to comply with the COVID-19 safety requirements.

Attendees not complying with City of Ryde’s safety rules will be asked to leave the premises by City of Ryde Staff members

Staff and customers must maintain at least 1.5m distance between each other.

If you have been in a hotspot in the last 14 days, we ask that you do not attend the event.

Can I bring my own alcohol to the event?

No. Patrons are not allowed to bring their own alcohol to the event. Drinks must be purchased from the licensed bar at the event.

Can I bring my children?

Yes! There will be a variety of kid’s activities available on the day.

All Children under 17 years of age must always be companied by an adult. 

Can we bring dogs?

No. Dogs (excluding assistance dogs) are not permitted onsite.

Can you smoke onsite?

No. Smoking is not permitted onsite.

Is there food available?

There will be a selection of food truck options to purchase.

Is there parking available?

There is limited on street parking available, we encourage you to travel by public transport. Plan your trip

Wet Weather?

City of Ryde events team will monitor the weather leading up to the event and will notify the public of any updates via the City of Ryde website and Facebook page.

Is this site accessible for people with restricted mobility?

Yes, the event site is fully accessible.
