Members of the NSW Justices Association volunteer their services at our libraries at the following locations and times.
As this service is performed by volunteers we encourage you to contact each library before attending with your documents to ensure that the Justice of the Peace is available. This is to avoid any disappointment on the rare occasion that a Justice of the Peace isn't available.
West Ryde Library
Tuesdays: 10 am - 12 noon
Thursdays: 2 pm - 4 pm
Saturdays: 2 pm - 4 pm
Tuesdays: 2 pm - 4 pm
Wednesdays: 6.15 pm - 7.15 pm
Mondays: 5 pm - 7 pm
Wednesdays: 10 am - 12 noon
Fridays: 2 pm - 4 pm

Mondays: 10.30 am - 11.30 am
Generally a Justice of the Peace can:
- witness oaths or affidavits
- take statutory declarations and affirmations
- witness signatures
- attest the execution of a document
- certify a true copy of an original document
