If you have a general question on the library service, or need information on any area of general knowledge, books, business, travel, consumer information, ask a Librarian! 
If you have a question on any topic, we'll do our best to find the answer for you, or direct you to someone who can.

Either come into a branch of the library and talk with one of the members of our team at the information desk, contact us by phone, email or fill in the online request form for information.

You will need to enter your Borrower ID (Library Card Number) and PIN/Password to use the online service.

Please be sure to include your full contact details when using this service. Please provide as much detail as you can and be as specific as possible with your question. We will try to find an answer for you within 2-3 working days.

The Ask a Librarian service is for requests for information, or research requests. All book requests should be made by contacting the library staff who may place a request for an Inter-Library Loan request (a loan from a library outside of the Ryde Library Service).
