The purpose of this Masterplan is to strategically locate new and existing facilities, such as boardwalks, walking tracks, amenities building, and signage, in a coherent and thoughtful manner, while also reviewing and developing a walking trail hierarchy and identifying how the Reserve will be upgraded over the next 20 years.
